The Edmonton Festival Ballet was honoured to be invited to perform with the Central Pentecostal Tabernacle's The Singing Christmas Tree.  The 39th annual production kept EFB, along with Edmonton Contemporary Dancers and Vimy Dance Program Level 5, dancers very busy for a total of 11 shows from December 9th through the 19th, 2006.

The dancers performed in two pieces 'No Time to Diet' (choreographed by Ashleen MacPherson and performed by the Edmonton Contemporary Dancers) and 'Joy, Joy' (choreographed by Terra Mahood, EFB company members were featured dancers with ECD company members and Vimy Level 5 dancers acting in supporting roles) under the direction of Nancy Hamilton (EFB), Terra Mahood (EFB), Tina Covlin-Dewart (ECD), Ashleen MacPherson (ECD), Margaret Flynn (Vimy), and Sean Morton (Singing Christmas Tree)
