This is the 25th Anniversary celebration season. - Dancers will present the 7th annual production of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. - Our gala performance will be a matinee on February 28, 2010 and will be followed by a reception. - The Company expects to perform once again with the Edmonton Contemporary Dancers at their Essence of Dance in June 2010. - Dancers will likely perform in many other events and travel opportunities as well. |

presented the 6th annual production of 'Twas the Night
Before Christmas. - Maria Chia joined the company as interim Artistic Director from January through April. - Our gala performance in February 2009 followed the theme of "Voices" and included the Edmonton Contemporary Dancers and the Edmonton School of Ballet Junior Company. - EFB will performed in the Edmonton Contemporary Dancers "Essence of Dance". - Dancers travelled to New York, New York. |

- Dancers presented the 5th annual production of 'Twas the Night
Before Christmas - Ida Lucila joined the company as interim Artistic Director from October through December. - Our gala performance in March 2008 followed the theme of "Movies, Music, and Movement' and included the Edmonton Contemporary Dancers as well as the newly formed Edmonton School of Ballet Junior Company. - Once again, EFB performed in "Essence of Dance" - Dancers travelled to Lloydminster to participate in the Regional Festival Dancin' on the Border where they met with great success and took home many awards. |

- Dancers performed in the 4th annual production of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas - In connection with ECD, EFB presented, in March 2007, Rodeo and Other Works, EFB performed almost an hour of choreography including Agnes de Mille's Rodeo, and a combined piece with ECD entitled Swing Lo - Dancers travelled to L.A., California, where they took classes at the Edge, Westside Ballet, and City Ballet of San Diego. They also took a workshop at Disney and performed on the Disney Magic Music stage with great success - To finish the season, EFB acted as guests in the Edmonton Contemporary Dancer's 'Essence of Dance' 10th Anniversary production |

- Nancy Hamilton and Terra Mahood are appointed co-directors - Performed the 3rd annual production of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas' maintaining most of the original choreography with some original works by the directors; guest performers included the Edmonton Contemporary Dancers as 'Moonlight', Edmonton School of Ballet dancers as the 'Sugar Plums', 'Mice', 'Stockings', and 'Presents', and Vimy Dance Students as 'Garland' and 'Reindeer - Dancers performed a full length original contemporary ballet entitled 'Grass Roots' choreographed by Ms. Hamilton and Ms. Mahood; this ballet, inspired by the book 'If You're Not From the Prairie . . . " written by David Bouchard was accompanied by live musicians playing the cello (Kate Woodman) and viola (Shannon Graham), narrated (Stan Aikema), and had new costumes designed and made by Kelly Ilkiw - Performed with the Edmonton Contemporary Dancers in the 9th annual "Essence of Dance Performance" with pieces by guest choreographers - Jojo Lucila and Courtney Beshear; and selections from Grass Roots and Paquita (set by Nancy Hamilton) |

- Performed a number of pieces choreographed by Courtney Beshear and a classical piece by Jacques Bourgouin in honour of Edmonton's centennial - Performed the 2nd annual production of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas' with the addition of the 'Garland' dance choreographed by Courtney Beshear; guest performers included the Edmonton Contemporary Dancers as the 'Reindeer', and Edmonton School of Ballet dancers as the 'Sugar Plums', 'Mice', and 'Stockings' - Hosted the 13th, and final "Great, Great Dance Show" - Performed with the Edmonton Contemporary Dancers in the 8th annual "Essence of Dance Performance" |
