Truck will arrive at EFB to load at 11:45pm and deliver floor, costumes, props, etc. to Triffo Theatre by 12:45pm

| 5:15 – 5:45 | Jr. Company Stage Rehearsal |
| 5:45 – 6:15 | Supper Break |
| 6:15 – 6:45 | technicians prep for show/break **House opens at 6:45 |
| 7:00 – 8:30 | Performance (with 30 minute intermission) |

In the Black Box Theatre Lab
1:00 – 1:15 EFB setting up barres (out of ECD’s way while they warm-up)
1:00 – 1:30 ECD warm-up
1:45 – 3:15 EFB warm-up and extra rehearsal time
3:15 – 4:00 ECD – extra rehearsal time
4:45 – 5:15 Jr. Company warm-up (dancers arrive at 4:30pm)
5:00 – 6:30 Shared space for EFB/ECD for rehearsal and warm-up
